Hour of Code Week

December 5, 2017 by Kristin Leave a Comment

Hour of Code Week takes place each year during Computer Science Education Week which was selected in connection to the birthday of Admiral Grace Murray Hopper (Dec 9, 1906).  The purpose of the week and hour of code in general is to increase interest and awareness of the idea that anyone can code.

Hi, so glad you are here!

Every day has a celebration! Some days celebrate a certain food, idea, or activity. Sometimes a day is set aside to remember or to increase awareness of a need. Each and every day should be celebrated by spending time with family and friends enjoying whatever time we are given.
