4 medium tomatillos, husked, rinsed and cut in half (about 8 oz.)
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 chipotle in adobo (more if you want more heat)
1/4 cup water
- Cut the tomatillos in half and roast with the peeled garlic cloves in a frying pan for four minutes.
- Flip tomatillos and roast another 4 minutes or until soft and browned.
- Blend or use a food processor to combine the tomatillos, garlic, chipotles and water.
